Sherwani King is the tailor. Every piece is made to eighteen measurements and a body scan rather than a size label, with fabric margin built in — which is why alterations stay free for as long as you own the garment. Hand-laid zardozi runs to around twenty-two hours a panel, so we work back from a comfort date rather than the wedding date.

## What we make

- Sherwanis — ready to wear or made to your measurements, for the wedding day (Nikah, Baraat, Anand Karaj).
- Pre-wedding wear — kurtas, waistcoat sets and prince coats for mehndi, sangeet and haldi.
- Reception wear — tuxedos and indo-western pieces for the reception and walima.
- Finishing — turbans, kalgis, malas, shawls and footwear.
- Whole-party dressing — groom, groomsmen, father of the groom and brothers.

## How to be dressed

- In the showroom — Solihull or Mississauga, seven days a week, walk in or book ahead.
- Made to measure — eighteen measurements and a body scan, cloth chosen with you, by appointment.
- Fitted over video — measured at home and shipped worldwide, for grooms who can't reach a showroom.
