Recording of virtual consultations
Virtual consultations conducted via Microsoft Teams are recorded and transcribed by default. We do this so your consultant can stay engaged with you during the conversation rather than taking notes, and so we keep an accurate record of your preferences, measurements, and design direction as your order moves through production.
Recordings and transcripts are stored on our secure systems for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Access during that period is limited to your assigned consultant and the production team handling your order.
The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in delivering accurate bespoke service and maintaining records of customer preferences for orders in progress. If you’d prefer your consultation not be recorded, email contact@sherwaniking.com after booking and we’ll mark your appointment accordingly. You can request earlier deletion of any existing recording at the same address.
